We read everything. Expect a reply within a few working days; anything about account access or a wrong number gets looked at sooner.
What to write about
- Something is wrong. A price, a filing summary, a figure that does not match the exchange. Include the question you asked and roughly when. A reproducible wrong answer is the most useful message you can send us.
- Account and access. Sign-in trouble, or an account waiting on approval.
- Privacy and your data. A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what those requests cover. Write from the address the account uses, so we can tell it is you.
- Press, data and partnerships. This includes anyone who would rather their published data were used differently.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to buy or sell, review your portfolio, or answer “is this a good time to enter?”. Not a policy about tone. We are not licensed to advise, and an answer dressed up as research would still be advice. For that, speak to an advisor registered with the SECP.
We also cannot place a trade for you. PSX Analyst has no broker connection of any kind; the trading account inside it is simulated.
